[FATE]Thoughts on how to support FATE

I posting a thread to toss ideas at on how to properly support FATE. It's a VERY freeform storytelling system with minimal mechanics.

As we've discovered, mechanics normally isn't the issue. It's getting the support for the output sheets.

I could probably whip out the mechanic side in a day. But without the character sheet, it seems a bit pointless.

Also, are you wanting the base Fate rule, or a different fate system? The version I've played with is the 5 tiered skills
5
4/4
3/3/3
2/2/2/2
1/1/1/1/1

And then up to 10 Aspects.

I'm looking at FATE core currently. And with the FreeMarker template it should be easier to find people they can do the sheets

I think a larger issue is going to be at the free text of the aspects

I rather doubt it.

ASPECT 1 <> ASPECT:NAME|%1|%LIST <> CHOOSE:USERINPUT <> MULT:YES <> CAT:x <> TYPE:y

Displays whatever the user input is. Easy.

Like I said, getting the character sheet is the bigger concern for me. Get that solved, and of course the license/permission, and I can toss a set together for you.

Cheers,
