Fantasy Generic OS & spell lists

Postby Nylanfs » Fri Oct 10, 2014 6:30 pm

Is there a reason why csheet_fantasy_generic_export doesn't seem to export out prepared spells lists?

It works for me.

I don't know why.

I do know that the spell output is broken in the PDF exports, and I'm having a heck of a time debugging it. Half the time, the error reported isn't the culprit responsible. Which makes debugging it take even longer.

Considering it affects all of 6.4, it looks like we may have to put out a 6.4.1 release. I need to find a proper debugging tool to aid in tracking down the problems.

A Pathfinder wizard I have just started playing has known, prepared and book spells outputting fine in the simple PDFs under 6.4. Another bard I am managing is also working, so this isn't universal. Perhaps there is a specific spell that is the cause?

I'm using the standard sheet w/ OS blocks, and the spell_list OS for Ithkra pcg - it's a Ranger, and none of the outputs are working.

The error each time is:
18:12:41.417 SEVERE SwingWorker-pool-2-thread-3 BatchExporter:253 BatchExporter.exportCharacterToPDF failed: org.apache.fop.fo.ValidationException: "fo:table-row" is missing child
elements. Required content model: (table-cell+) (No context info available)

I've looked at the spell_condensed block and all the fo:table-row open and close appear to be intact.

Load up the character and try for yourself, it's from OS tracker, OS-368 I believe.

I'm stumped, it might not even be the spells, it could be a block that never got tested cause of an obscure feature display.
