Wizards gain spells - need a reminder

Postby FerretDave » Mon Nov 10, 2014 11:28 pm

in 3.5, wizards add a number (2?) of spells of their choice to their spellbook, and start with a certain number of spells based on their int mod(?) - this is from memory, and every time I level up or create a new wizard I have to look that up.

How would I go about getting that sort of info added into the 'class info' box on the spells tab, so the info is readily to hand?

Probably a Desc attached to the base spellcasting ability object.

Yes, in 3.5 a Generalist adds 2+INT MOD spells to their spell books (These are 1st level spells); each level after you gain 2 additional spells.
A specialist IIRC gains a spell from their specialization each level, including level 1.

Class Info box is not accessible by data. That would be a UI Code request.

it's 3+int mod, rather than 2, and a DESC doesn't get displayed in either the class or spell tabs, I'll raise a JIRA for an UI update on that, thanks.
